WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby voluntarily agree to participate in X Dance events (the “Activities”) and acknowledge that I am aware that participating in the Activities may involve certain risks, including the risk of physical or emotional harm.

I agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless X Dance, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns, from any and all claims, damages, or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in the Activities, including, but not limited to, any claims for personal injury, emotional distress, or damage to property.

I agree to comply with all rules and regulations of X Dance in connection with my participation in the Activities.

I have read this Waiver and Release of Liability and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and X Dance, and I sign it of my own free will.
